We had a fun Pelmini Party. They are little Russian "ravioli-like" pillows with ssusage inside the noodle dough. Then they are boiled and served with sour cream /vinegar/garlic/pepper... as you like. Then we had salads and for dessert, American cake! It was a fun time but takes lots of time and hands!! Pelmini is a favorite dish in Russia, especially since they can be purchased frozen!!
